I had a same day cancellation due to a family emergency and they immediately reversed the charges. Next time I'm definitely choosing Home Inn & Suites. When I first walked in to the hotel I thought wow it smells so clean and looks nice. Then we got into the elevator and was like ew heat is that smell. The location is fairly central in Memphis and suburbs. Everyone I met was very friendly, eager to help and serve. They even gave me extra tips on how to get around and restaurants. UNIQUE to have a dish washer in my room! Fridge, big microwave, dishes/cups/utensils and even a hot pad/skillet if requested. This would be a great place for longer stays.

Cordial staff, spotless hotel, enjoyable breakfast. Room was warm enough, very well decorated and I loved it. The bathroom was luxurious and bright.
